Terms of use

These terms apply to the Passport University website, run by Bry Joy. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You can contact us at passportuniversityteam@gmail.com.

We provide an independent directory and general study-abroad information. We are not a university, admissions office or government agency, and browsing the site does not create an advising or admissions relationship.

Use the directory as a starting point. Confirm the exact degree, teaching language, international fees, entry requirements, deadlines and availability directly with the university. Our disclaimer explains the limits of school inclusion, tuition figures and program listings.

We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, accreditation recognition, employment or any particular outcome. Universities and other authorities make their own decisions.

You are welcome to browse, compare schools and share links to our pages. Please do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, send malicious content, harvest personal contact information for spam, or misrepresent yourself as Passport University.

Our original writing, design and compiled directory are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Do not republish or commercially redistribute substantial portions of our original content or compiled directory without permission. This does not claim ownership of university facts, names, trademarks or other parties’ materials, and does not limit uses allowed by law. Contact us about licensing or collaboration.

Submit accurate information and official sources when requesting a correction. Only send material you have permission to share. We may use your submission to investigate an issue and update the directory; submitting it does not guarantee publication or a particular response time. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

University websites, Google Forms, Beehiiv and social or community platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, uptime or decisions. A link or listing does not by itself indicate a partnership, endorsement or sponsorship.

We may update, correct or remove listings and features as information changes. We aim to provide a useful service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying solely on directory information or by third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Future paid products, if offered, will have their own price, purchase and refund information presented before checkout. These terms do not create a purchase or subscription payment obligation.
