Directory disclaimer

We want this list to make your search easier. Here’s what a school’s inclusion tells you—and what you still need to confirm.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

What a reviewed school means

Our inclusion standard is official university evidence for at least one complete, named degree taught entirely in English, with applicable international tuition at or below $6,000 USD per academic year, including material mandatory institutional fees. The university must admit international students.

Review applies to a qualifying degree and the evidence available at the time of review. An English website, a few English modules or an English proficiency requirement alone does not establish a fully English-taught degree. Unresolved evidence belongs outside the verified launch list.

One qualifying degree is not every degree

A university may offer other degrees in different languages or at higher prices. The majors and general field tags help you explore its offerings; they are not a guarantee that every listed major is fully English-taught, currently open to international applicants, or under the tuition cap.

Before applying, confirm the exact degree pathway and the fee schedule that applies to your nationality, residency, intake and study mode. Faculty or campus-specific entries apply to that particular unit.

Tuition figures are a starting point

Displayed prices are in USD and may be rounded conversions. Exchange rates and university fee decisions change. A range or a lowest-price filter can reflect a qualifying lower-cost program; it does not set the price of every program at that school.

Check whether the quoted figure is annual, semester-based or a total program fee. Dividing a total by the program length gives an average and may not match what is payable in a particular year. Confirm deposits, payment timing, mandatory fees and any tax directly with the university.

Tuition does not represent your total study-abroad budget. Accommodation, food, transport, insurance, visas, travel, books and personal expenses may be additional. Do not assume a scholarship, waiver or discounted rate applies to you unless the university confirms your eligibility.

Information can change

Tuition, degree availability, teaching language, admissions rules and deadlines can change after review. Listings and summaries may contain errors or become outdated. Always use the university’s current official information before applying or paying a fee.

Directory inclusion does not guarantee admission, funding, visa approval, professional licensing or recognition of a qualification in your home country. This site provides general information rather than individualized legal, financial or immigration advice.

Independent information

Passport University is an independent project. A university listing or external link does not establish affiliation or endorsement. Any sponsorship or affiliate relationship introduced in future should be clearly disclosed where relevant.
